We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Defence and Space and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position "Project Manager" (m/f/d).

Your tasks:
- Support implementation of the process improvement Plan (Operational Excellence System) for the Production/MRO areas
- Support and coordination of OES internal and transversal assessments Preparation of Excellence Committees, taking part for the distribution of actions and followup
- Deployment of Performance Management routines (BSC/SQCDP) standardization throughout the organization
- Supporting and managing Continuous Improvement (TIPs)
- Contributing to Improvement-projects, digital initiatives and people safety related topics
- Sharing of benchmarks, best practices and synergies across COMBAT Aircraft plants and sites
- Promoting and managing bottom-up ideas generation in the plants and sites
- Ensuring efficient reporting and digital visualization of the operational capabilities of all programs within the scope (e.g. BSC, SQCDP) as well as the progress of strategic projects and improvement initiatives
- Supporting communication for new initiatives and thus being the channel of connection with shop-floor
- Contribute to Digitalization and Innovation initiatives by collecting requirements and deployment of implementation projects
- Acting as improvement ambassador for internal and external communication (HUB, production magazine, streaming)
Your profile:
- Completed studies in the field of project Management, Engineering or comparable qualification
- Expertise and knowledge in continuous improvement
- Knowledge on performance management routines is mandatory
- Experience in aerospace production or MRO will be appreciated
- Very good knowledge of MS-Office
- SAP knowledge is a plus
