Stellenbeschreibung

• Establishment, management, and continuous development of the Project Management Office across multiple programs and projects
• Definition, implementation, and maintenance of project management standards, methods, processes, templates, and governance frameworks throughout the project portfolio
• Central planning, monitoring, and controlling of budgets, timelines, milestones, KPIs, and preparation of transparent dashboards and executive-level reports
• Support and methodological guidance for project managers, including resource planning, prioritization, requirements tracking, and continuous improvement of project management processes
• Coordination of complex stakeholder environments, maintenance of risk and opportunity management, and ensuring compliance with PMO standards and project management maturity improvements

Anforderungsprofil

• Completed studies in the field of Business Administration, Aerospace or Systems Engineering
• Work experience in the field of PMO, project controlling and aerospace/defense logic: certification, qualification gates, milestone reviews, and authority/customer interfaces
• Good knowledge in using project management tools (e.g. Jira, MS Project)
• Fluent in German and English
