We are seeking dedicated physicians in training (m/w/d) specializing in psychiatry and psychotherapy to join a certified and highly respected psychiatric hospital in Freilassing. This opportunity offers a direct employment contract with our client, supported by our personnel consulting team which accompanies you throughout the entire hiring process free of charge.

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnostics, and therapeutic interventions across the full spectrum of psychiatric, psychotherapeutic, and psychosomatic conditions on specialized wards following a rotation system.
• Participate regularly in on-call duties to ensure continuous patient care.
• Prepare expert reports and scientific presentations to support clinical and academic activities.
• Engage actively in the development of clinical concepts and contribute to interdisciplinary team collaboration.
• Implement and uphold internal quality standards to maintain high levels of patient care.
