A renowned clinic in the Siegen metropolitan area is seeking an experienced specialist or senior physician (m/w/d) in psychosomatic medicine. This position offers a direct employment contract with the clinic. Your Responsibilities:

• Active participation in shaping and enhancing the therapeutic environment of an open acute psychosomatic care unit
• Independent specialist treatment of patients using both individual and group therapy modalities
• Expansion and development of local psychosomatic service offerings
• Participation in on-call and standby duties
• Leadership and coordination of multidisciplinary teams including senior colleagues
• Supervision and mentoring of assistant physicians in training

Your Profile:

• Medical license recognized in Germany
• Completed or near completion of specialist training in psychosomatic medicine or related fields
• Demonstrated clinical expertise and commitment to patient-centered care
• Structured, autonomous, and responsible working style
• Engaged and motivated personality with a passion for clinical psychosomatic medicine
