Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for building long-term
partnerships? We are looking for a dynamic Salesperson to join our team and drive growth
by cultivating and optimizing relationships with publishers and merchants.

Your Tasks:

  • Onboard & Grow New Clients: Identify, pitch, and onboard new partners, ensuring
    they become valuable long-term clients.
  • Manage & Optimize Existing Relationships: Serve as the key point of contact for
    our partners, managing merchant relationships to optimize performance and revenue.
  • Strategic Partnership Development: Research and foster new long-term
    relationships, becoming a trusted advisor to our partners.
  • Commercial Opportunity Hunting: Seek out and negotiate premium placement
    opportunities for our portfolio, maximizing profit potential.
  • Campaign Management: Onboard, adjust, and negotiate campaigns to achieve the
    highest possible yields for our partners.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization: Regularly analyze campaign performance
    and implement strategies to drive continuous improvement.

Your Profile:

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or partnership development.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a knack for identifying commercial opportunities.
  • Ability to analyze data, optimize performance, and drive results.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive and self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good sense of humor
  • Affinity to AdTech/Affiliate Marketing
  • English is a must
