Role scope:

• Execute Quality Management across the central template team and all running and upcoming rollout projects, in accordance with the internal project management standard iPME@DC (based on PMI)
• Implementation and anchoring of this QM approach throughout the entire program
• Management of a team of Quality Managers who shall execute operational Quality Management, incl. team planning and capacity management
• Regular reporting to the Program Management Team incl. defined KPIs
• Ensure the adherence to QM approach across all relevant functions & roles of the broader Program community, incl. Management, Lead functions, operational level incl. vendors
• Ensure strict adherence to support audit prove QM deliverables
• Operate and communicate effectively within the European time zone to align with team availability and deadlines.

Required Qualification Level:

• Senior IT Quality Manager
• PMI (or similar) certification

Role Skills:

• Senior IT Quality Manager
• +10 years of project experience in global SAP template&rollout as IT Quality Manager or similar role
• Background in complex projects (with complex governance structure as well as many stakeholders with different targets)
• Excellent communication skills to all stakeholder levels
• Collaborative workstyle, strong in creating followship
• Excellent English language skills are mandatory, German preferably
