Your responsibilities at OPmobility:

• Incoming inspection of raw materials and coatings

• Organization and execution of paint, material, and surface tests according to test plans/instructions

• Color matching and colorimetry

• Evaluation of test results

• Documentation of results in the appropriate format

• Processing and analysis of damage cases, issues, and complaints

• Initiating quality improvement measures in collaboration with production staff

• Monitoring and effectiveness control of corrective actions

• Handling and responsibility for laboratory equipment and measuring instruments

• Ensuring compliance with quality standards

• Creating and maintaining work and test instructions, as well as calibration and maintenance guidelines

What you bring with you:

• Knowledge of the automotive supply industry

• A strong sense of color is desirable

• Professional experience in paint and surface analysis

• Computer skills (MS Office applications, email, etc.)

• Very good German skills and good English skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Flexibility, creativity, coordination skills, and strong organizational talent
