Your tasks at OPmobility:

• Evaluate and match colors during new project launches and serial production according to customer standards

• Ensure color conformity and compliance throughout the production process

• Conduct product audits in series and pre-series production

• Analyze deviations and initiate corrective and improvement actions

• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented corrective measures

• Support continuous improvement projects within the quality department

• Work closely with laboratory and production teams to meet customer requirements

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training or equivalent experience in the automotive supplier industry

• Optional: Qualification as Internal Auditor (product/process)

• Excellent color vision (verified e.g. via Munsell Test)

• Knowledge of plastic processing and coating

• Familiar with quality management systems and customer standards

• Experience with problem-solving methods (8D, QRCI, etc.)

• Strong PC skills (MS Office)

• Structured, reliable, and proactive work approach

• Team-oriented with strong commitment and attention to detail
