Our team consists of 60 consumer goods experts and is based in Hamburg, where our production facility is also located. VIVERE is becoming a key player in FMCG in Europe, the USA, and the Middle East.

Are you ready to shape the future of VIVERE and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in our markets? We are looking for a Regulatory Affairs Manager (f/m/x) in full-time or part-time to join our dynamic and international team in Hamburg.

Tasks

• Ensure compliance with national and international regulatory standards for our products, including EU REACH, BPR, and cosmetic regulations.
• Create and review regulatory documents.
• Monitor safety standards and coordinate product safety testing.
• Approve raw materials by reviewing technical and toxicological specifications.
• Ensure compliance of product labeling and packaging.
• Manage product registrations, maintain product documentation, and communicate with authorities.
• Advise management on regulatory requirements and market opportunities.

Requirements

• Degree in natural sciences, such as chemistry, pharmacy, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in regulatory affairs within the consumer goods industry.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
• Interest in applying artificial intelligence in registration and compliance processes.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as a reliable and precise working style.
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
