As a Relief Duty Manager, you’ll support our Adina Hotels across Europe – especially at the Front Office – ensuring our standards shine everywhere. You’ll bring your skills to the table, coach local teams, jump in where needed, and stay cool, warm, and professional throughout.

What you bring to the table:

• A degree or training in hospitality/hotel management
• Front Office experience and some first leadership exposure
• You love being on the move – flexibility is a plus, not a burden
• You’re independent, hands-on, and think one step ahead
• You’re familiar with Protel or Opera Cloud systems
• Ideally, you’re based in the south or west of Germany – perfect for quick travel to our European hotel locations
