42 Wolfsburg is a higher education NGO/start-up educating up to 600 students to become cutting-edge techies and software engineers in a practice-based peer-learning environment. 42 Wolfsburg is based on the internationally successful concept of Ecole 42 which was founded 2013 in Paris and today trains 18‘000+ students in 54 schools all over the world. At 42 Wolfsburg we set out to educate the next generation of European software engineers to build the digital infrastructure of our societies – this means meaningful work, excellent career opportunities and lots of responsibility.


As Relocation Manager you will support our candidates and students with finding their way to and around Wolfsburg.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Coordinating temporary housing for candidates during their on-site Piscine (4-week coding boot camps),
  • Coordinating permanent housing for our students,
  • Offer information events (online & offline) for candidates and students,
  • Offer on-site opening hours ("Relocation Office") for our students,
  • Offer information regarding all life aspects in Wolfsburg: health, insurance, finances, fun etc.,
  • Close and maintain local partnerships with housing companies, shops, restaurants, sports & activity providers etc.

As Admin Support you will work closely with our Operations Lead.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Support payment processes and bookkeeping,
  • Process administrative requests.

  • Right to live and work in Germany,
  • Strong identification with the mission of 42,
  • Solid knowledge of bureaucracy and formalities around housing, registration, insurance, side jobs or willingness to learn. Already living in WOB and knowing your way around is a plus.
  • Solid German and English skills (oral and written) to serve as a contact point for partner companies and institutions as well as students,
  • Confidence and communication skills to deal with our partners and public institutions on eye-level,
  • Willingness to work in Wolfsburg at least 1 day a week.


  • Knowledge of German bookkeeping and tax processes.
