We invite applications for a Resident Physician position in Urology (m/w/d) at a well-established hospital in the greater Stuttgart region. This role offers a direct employment contract with the hospital. Your Responsibilities:
- Engage in a wide range of surgical procedures including major open tumor surgeries such as radical prostatectomy, radical nephrectomy, kidney tumor resection, and all forms of urinary diversion.
- Perform endourological interventions across the entire urinary tract.
- Participate in medical uro-oncology treatments both in outpatient and inpatient settings.
- Utilize state-of-the-art medical technology and equipment.
- Collaborate within a motivated, skilled, and supportive interdisciplinary team.
- Contribute to the hospital’s private patient revenue sharing according to the applicable pooling regulations.
- Benefit from full specialist training authorization held by the chief physician.
- Participate in joint on-call duties with the surgical department.

Your Profile:
- Medical license (Approbation) valid in Germany.
- Excellent command of the German language (minimum C1 level).
- Strong interest and commitment to specialist training, ideally with prior experience in urology and/or surgery.
- Ability to work independently and persuasively.
- Empathy in patient and family interactions, flexibility, resilience, and openness to feedback.
- Team-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and a sense of responsibility.
- Willingness to work flexibly across three locations within the Ostalbkreis as part of a new medical concept.
