Your tasks at OPmobility:

• Operate, monitor, and control painting robots while adhering to safety regulations

• Observe and manage the flame treatment and painting processes

• Input and adjust program parameters according to supervisor instructions

• Ensure and apply the correct paint colors according to the production schedule

• Perform basic maintenance tasks on robotic systems

• Maintain checklists for quality control in both wet and dry conditions

• Coordinate closely with Quality Assurance and OFT departments on corrective actions

• Monitor technical parameters (e.g., air pressure, system tightness, and hose cleanliness)

• Document and communicate malfunctions or changes during shift handovers

• Support adjacent production tasks during downtime

What you bring along:

• Completed training in a technical or industrial field is desirable

• Professional experience in production or in robotics/painting is an advantage

• Technical understanding and interest in automated processes

• Good color perception and no sensitivity to odors

• Independent, responsible, and conscientious work ethic

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Willingness to work in shifts

• Good German language skills, both written and spoken

• Willingness to relocate near Sterbfritz
