Your tasks

  • Market preparation
    • Material preparation: Line & order sheets, brand book, press update.

    • Showroom preparation: Booking of venues, coordinating of interior space.

    • Invite- and appointment management.

    • Sample management.

  • Assist the Sales Managers during market appointments

  • After-Sales process and management
    • System data management: Entering customers, orders/reorders/swaps, claims, credit memos.

    • Sales operations & logistics: Complying with vendor manuals, confirming and ensuring accuracy of orders and achieving on-time shipping.

    • Reporting support.

  • Account support: Creating training documents, leading product knowledge seminars, coordinating special events (i.e. trunk shows).

  • Ad hoc research and analyses including research of markets, competition, pricing.

  • Supporting your Manager across all projects.

Your profile

  • First experience in sales or buying for a fashion brand.

  • Academic degree in relevant subject matter.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and in either German, French or Italian ar a must.

  • Driven and has startup mentality.

  • Keen eye for industry trends.
