Position Overview

Sales Coordinator (m/w/d) for Butchery Equipment Solutions

Location: Maulbronn
Employment Type: Full-time, Day Shift
Working Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers while actively seeking new business opportunities.
  • Manage order processing including input and monitoring of delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate shipping documentation such as delivery and export papers.
  • Support the upkeep and enhancement of the company’s website and online shop.
  • Assist in organizing trade fairs and marketing activities.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions and trade shows.
  • Collaborate in preparing sales quotations and offers.

Candidate Profile

  • Completed vocational training, preferably in technical or commercial fields.
  • Some experience in sales or customer service is beneficial.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office and basic knowledge of website and online shop management.
  • Good command of English for international communication.
