In this exciting role, you'll work closely with experienced colleagues to bring out the best in our sales teams. Together, you’ll ensure that our teams have the best tools, training, and strategies at their disposal to achieve their goals. You’re hands-on, pragmatic, and always one step ahead. Your mission

  • You plan and lead training sessions for our sales teams—whether conducted by yourself or through internal/external trainers.
  • You develop and implement tailored learning journeys that perfectly align with the needs of our teams.
  • You organize and facilitate internal and external workshops, ensuring valuable customer workshops.
  • You analyze the needs of our sales teams and collaborate closely with Go-to-Market, Marketing, and Sales Management to develop targeted solutions.
  • You actively contribute to the creation and optimization of training materials, such as scripts, pitch decks, and a knowledge database.
  • You create and coordinate onboarding plans for new sales employees.
  • You plan and coordinate our annual kick-off events and other sales meetings that bring our teams together.
  • You serve as the central point of contact for sales colleagues and ensure structured collaboration with other departments.

This is what you bring along

  • Several years of experience in Sales Enablement, Project Management, Coaching, or a similar role.
  • You understand what sales teams need and can translate these needs into well-thought-out concepts and practical solutions.
  • You have relevant experience in facilitating workshops and coaching sessions. Certifications are a plus but not a must.
  • You are structured, independent, and have a pragmatic mindset.
  • Your strong communication and organizational skills make you the perfect link between various stakeholders.
  • Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
