Tasks

Position Overview:

We're seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Sales Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in technical sciences, a keen understanding of technology, and exceptional sales acumen. Crucially, they will serve as the primary liaison between Reonic and our customers, providing in-depth support to ensure a seamless experience. German fluency is essential for effective communication with our predominantly German-speaking clientele.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize technical expertise to effectively communicate the benefits of Reonic's solutions to potential clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing timely solutions.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues, resolving them efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with the development and product teams to identify and implement solutions to customer problems.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients as well as onboard new customers onto the Reonic platform
  • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in renewable energy technology to better serve our customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a hard science or related field.
  • Proven track record in sales, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Fluency in German is a must.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve customer issues.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  • Prior experience as a Software Developer or strong technical aptitude is a plus.
