Position: Sales Logistics Coordinator (m/w/d)

Your Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support sales-related logistics activities, ensuring smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to manage inventory levels and prepare shipments in line with customer requirements.
  • Assist in packaging and labeling products according to sales specifications and compliance standards.
  • Facilitate communication between warehouse, transport, and sales departments to optimize delivery schedules.
  • Monitor and report on shipment status to sales and customer service teams.
  • Support the preparation of sales documentation and customer orders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all logistics operations.

Your Profile

  • Completed vocational training in sales, logistics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in coordinating sales and logistics processes, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Basic knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Independent, structured, and reliable working style.
