Job Description

  • Identification of market potential (competition and market analysis)
  • Helping to shape the future by developing the transnational sales strategy to secure further growth with fleets and park operators in Poland
  • Identification, acquisition and development of new and existing customers
  • Presentation of new products, services and service packages to customers
  • Offer preparation and calculation, conducting price negotiations up to the conclusion of the contract
  • Participation in the further development of products, processes and services
  • Close sales and be responsible for solution implementation
  • Continuous observation and analysis of the market and competitive situation as well as derivation of suitable measures, their conception and implementation to achieve the sales and profit targets
  • Willingness to travel in Germany and in Poland
  • Qualifications

  • Education: Completed studies in the field of (business) engineering, economics with a focus on logistics or a comparable subject

  • Experience and Know-How : Proven sales / business development track record ideally within the Logistic and/or Automotive sector selling Technology and or services through consultative selling and a good understanding of IoT and platform sales, ideally from the logistics environment and strong IT skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Working method : Assertiveness, reliability and analytical skills that help you to get to the heart of complex issues

  • Personality: Innovative spirit and creativity, enthusiasm for internet-based innovations, goal driven, professional and highly self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset

  • Language skills: Fluent inPolish and English or German
