Tasks

• You are responsible for preparing and successfully executing contract negotiations with clients, aligning our technology with their needs, and coordinating the entire sales process from customer acquisition to closing.
• You will understand our customers and their requirements, skills that are essential to our growth strategy.
• You manage sales budgets and ensure sales targets are met.
• You drive our international expansion into European markets.
• You serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process.
• You collaborate with our engineering team to support customers with design-in developments.
• You identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the green energy market.
• You develop strategies and conduct potential analyses.
• You build and continuously strengthen our successful sales team.

Requirements

• A degree in engineering or a comparable field.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in the energy sector.
• Strong business acumen and knowledge of system requirements.
• High level of accountability and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented and motivated work style with quick analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in German and English.
