We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to join our team and lift our solutions to the next level.
Tasks
Reporting directly to the Manager, Sales EMEA,
You will develop a business plan and market strategy for the region and identify the most promising opportunities and customers
You will work closely together with the back office in a tandem
You will take ownership and independently manage the projects in FRAMOS
You will challenge solutions, ideas and requirements with your deep understanding of customers business
You will be responsible for the maintenance of data in Salesforce
The role is based in Munich with opportunity to work remotely anywhere in Germany.
Requirements
YOUR PROFILE
You have several years of sales experience with electrical or technical products in a B2B environment
You are curious, energetic, ambitious, and self-motivated
You work with well-structured methods
You enjoy taking ownership and lead
You know how to spark curiosity and attract potential customers and also build trust and long-term relationships with them
You are eager to learn and constantly improve your skills
You have excellent communication and presentation skills
You are an empathetic person, who enjoys helping customers, as well as colleagues
You are passionate about new technologies and agile ways of working
You speak native German and English fluently (both at least C1)
