Sales Support (m/w/d)


The jobholder supports the Sales team in the analysis of tenders and the compilation of proposals. The jobholder is accountable for organizing data and documents within the applicable systems used in the Sales Process (CRM and Pictor).


  • Working with the sales team to create technical and commercial proposals. Reviews CRM open opportunities/Athena BI activity on a weekly basis, advises sales representatives on likely problems and possible corrective actions
  • Maintains all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations in CRM and PICTOR
  • Coordinates new vendor registration for clients, liaising with NDT Global legal, safety, finance and sales representatives to ensure vendor registration is completed in a timely fashion
  • Focal point for Customer procurement Portals' such as Arriba, ensure NDT Global details and registration is current and valid; ensures notifications for tenders are received by NDT Global
  • Uploads qualified sales contacts from various sources such as conferences, trade shows and professional bodies


  • A Technical Diploma or technical vocational training in Administration or related education is required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative service-oriented role
  • Must be proficient in spoken and written English, German is a plus
  • Experience with MS Office and Sales / CRM Tools
