SAP Order Coordinator & Customer Service Specialist (m/w/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for customers regarding inquiries about quotations, prices, delivery times, and order status via phone and email, occasionally in English.
• Review and accurately enter customer orders into the SAP system, including scheduling and preparing all necessary documentation.
• Coordinate closely with internal departments such as logistics, sales, and accounting to ensure seamless order processing and fulfillment.
• Monitor delivery schedules and manage electronic data interchange (EDI) processes, identifying and resolving errors in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Develop and implement solutions to adapt to changing customer requirements or delivery conditions.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations based on established pricing models.
• Support the dunning process in cooperation with the accounting department.
• Maintain and update customer and order master data to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate with the sales team to process follow-ups from customer visits and sales activities.

Your Profile

• Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in sales support, order processing, or customer service is advantageous.
• Proficient in SAP, ideally with experience in the Sales and Distribution (SD) module.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Structured, service-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Confident user of MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle are a plus.
