Tasks & responsibilities You scientifically review requests for bioanalysis whilst ensuring the timely delivery of data and project-related data interpretation. You gain expert knowledge in drug discovery laboratory automation / bioanalysis and are the expert for advancing the group's Lab 4.0 ambition You are an integral part of a highly motivated and leading team by advancing and adapting workflows for in vitro and in vivo bioanalysis to meet respective needs in a fast-changing environment. You align priorities and tasks among the team and coordinate activities with partner functions Presenting results and solutions to project teams is also part of your new profile, as well as representing our group externally It is your passion to think out-of-the box, challenge the status-quo and positively influence the team spirit to achieve the next level of an impactful research environment. Requirements Master's degree in a relevant field, a doctorate is desirable Hands-on expertise with good hard- and software knowledge in the field of state-of-the-art liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry and laboratory automation Experiences in quantitative bioanalysis from diverse matrices including sample preparation techniques Very good engineering skills with the ability to optimize and develop novel bioanalytical- and laboratory automation solutions Ability to leverage new technological opportunities by effectively addressing scientific questions in the drug discovery environment Excellent skills in information technology, data analysis, and data management. Programming know-how is a plus. Creative, critical, fast thinking and self-motivated innovator with good presentation skills, ideally with a respective international network EFFECTS OF COVID-19
