We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position "Secretary Assistant" (m/f/d).

Your tasks:

  • Manage the complex agenda and requests for the HO A320 Family Development Programme
  • Anticipate agenda needs and manage meetings with yearly calendar planning
  • Facilitate and coordinate to avoid conflicts of agenda
  • Ability to handle regular ad hoc last minute requests
  • Support the managers and some team members in dealing with their travels, i.e. booking and modification of travel plans, Visa requests, expenses claim
  • Organization of meetings and events by working with key stakeholders, participants etc.
  • Contribute to the daily life of the department: handle logistic matters, launch orders in click'n buy tool and handle specific requests linked to department's life
  • Connect with different sites and assistants in Toulouse, UK and other countries to solve practical issues

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training as an office communication clerk or a comparable qualification
  • More than three years of professional experience in the field of Secretariat/Assistant
  • More than one year of professional experience in the field of Public Relations
  • Good knowledge of SAP und Click´n Buy (BySide)
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace
  • Fluent in German and English
  • French is an advantage
