As a (Senior) Software Engineer at Cinemo, you will play a critical role in the development and enhancement of our AI/ML powered applications for wide range of automotive hardware and OS platforms such as Android Automotive OS (AAOS) and Linux. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain high-quality Cinemo’s in-vehicle infotainment software solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
In this role, you will:
Design, evaluate and select the Computer Vision and Video ML models and underlying software architecture to be used in the next-generation automotive infotainment middleware
Elevate the in-car experience across different car-lines worldwide by crafting the best-of-class AI-powered infotainment functionality
Select and tune of the best Computer Vision / Video ML models and incorporate them in the wider automotive infotainment middleware software architecture
Design training protocols as well as continuous improvement of the software stack reflecting advancements in the field of ML
What you will need to succeed:
Experience in the areas of Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Computer Vision
Experience with state-of-the-art computer vision models and developing CV applications (e.g. face detection, object detection, image classification, scene segmentation and action recognition)
Hands-on experience in processing image/video data, including techniques for pre-processing, normalization and data augmentation to improve model robustness
Experience with performance evaluation and optimization of Computer Vision algorithms
Strong knowledge of Python, C/C++, OpenCV, PyTorch, TensoFlow, Keras
Good written and verbal English communication skills
