We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Clinical Lead (m/w/d) to join our distinguished rehabilitation center immediately. Responsibilities

• Providing expert medical care for patients with a broad range of psychosomatic conditions within the rehabilitation setting.
• Overseeing the comprehensive medical management of assigned patients, ensuring adherence to therapeutic concepts and internal and external quality management standards to fulfill rehabilitation objectives.
• Collaborating in the development and enhancement of therapeutic programs and expanding specialized treatment areas.
• Conducting therapy monitoring and performing social-medical assessments.
• Participating in on-call duties and the clinic's continuing education initiatives.
• Leading and coordinating a multidisciplinary team to deliver optimal patient care.

Your Profile

• Board certification in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy or Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy.
• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for working within a multidisciplinary team.
• High degree of self-responsibility, flexibility, and a structured approach to work.
• Experience in leadership with a cooperative management style.
• Knowledge in social medicine is advantageous.
