We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Consultant (m/w/d) specializing in Anesthesiology and Intensive Care to join a well-established hospital renowned for its excellence in patient care. This position offers a permanent employment contract directly with the hospital. Your Responsibilities:

• Providing expert anesthesiological care to patients in the operating theatre and on the interdisciplinary intensive care unit
• Leading and participating in the ongoing development and optimization of the anesthesiology department
• Collaborating closely with other clinical departments to ensure seamless patient care
• Supervising and mentoring junior medical staff and trainees
• Contributing to quality management and clinical research initiatives
• Participating in on-call duties and emergency response planning

Your Profile:

• Completed specialist training in anesthesiology with board certification
• Demonstrated leadership skills and a commitment to fostering a positive team culture
• Strong communication abilities and a patient-centered approach
• Willingness to actively engage in organizational and clinical process improvements
• Fluency in German and proficiency in medical documentation
