YOUR PROFILE

• You hold a valid German medical license (Approbation).
• You are a board-certified specialist in Anesthesiology (Facharzt) with several years of professional experience.
• Ideally, you have additional qualifications in Emergency Medicine (Notfallmedizin).
• You demonstrate excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to collaborative teamwork.
• You are motivated to take on leadership responsibilities and contribute to the development of the anesthesiology department.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will play a key role as a Senior Consultant (Oberarzt) in the Clinic for Anesthesiology and Intensive Care Medicine, overseeing clinical operations and patient care.
• You will have the opportunity to subspecialize in areas of anesthesiology according to your interests and expertise.
• You will be responsible for the supervision, training, and mentoring of assistant doctors (Assistenzärzte) within the department.
• You will actively participate in strategic planning and the continuous improvement of departmental processes.
• You will be expected to contribute to on-call duties and emergency response teams, ensuring high-quality patient safety standards.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including surgeons, nursing staff, and other medical specialists.
