We are currently seeking a Senior Consultant (m/w/d) for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy for a highly reputable clinic. This position offers a direct employment relationship between you and our client. Doc PersonalBeratung facilitates the connection with the institutions and supports you throughout the process until you sign the contract. Our consulting services are entirely free for you.

Your Responsibilities:

• Providing specialized psychiatric and psychotherapeutic care for inpatients, day patients, and outpatients
• Leading and mentoring junior doctors (m/w/d)
• Independently conducting diagnostic and therapeutic measures in individual and group settings
• Ensuring continuity of care throughout the treatment processes
• Collaborating with regional services for individuals with mental health issues

Your Profile:

• German recognition as a specialist doctor (m/w/d) in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy
• High level of professional competence
• Strong social skills and empathy in dealing with patients and their families
• Independent working style as well as teamwork ability
