A well-established hospital in the greater Cologne region is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant (m/w/d) to join their psychiatric department. This role involves a direct employment contract with the hospital and is supported by a dedicated recruitment team throughout the hiring process at no cost to you.

Your Qualifications:

• Board-certified specialist (m/w/d) in psychiatry and psychotherapy or equivalent qualification
• Proven leadership experience in clinical settings
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster multidisciplinary teamwork

Your Responsibilities:

• Leading comprehensive clinical management and treatment of patients with diverse psychiatric conditions

• Ensuring compliance with medical and ethical standards in patient care
• Participating actively in on-call duties and emergency response rotations
