Your Responsibilities:

• Co-leading and organizing the orthopedic department
• Planning patient admissions and contributing to the development of quality objectives
• Supervising assistant physicians in orthopedics, including conducting specialist rounds, training, onboarding new staff, reviewing medical correspondence, and addressing social medicine issues
• Providing medical and social-medical care for rehabilitation patients
• Conceptual advancement of the department, including integrating your own medical focus areas
• Taking on quality management tasks, such as designing processes at the interface between medical services, sports therapy, physiotherapy, physical therapy, and nursing services

Your Profile:

• Board-certified specialist (m/w/d) in orthopedics and trauma surgery
• Recognized medical license in Germany with several years of professional experience and excellent German language skills (minimum C1 level)
• Strong professional and personal competencies in rehabilitation and social medicine, ideally with additional qualifications
• Commitment to actively shaping and further developing the medical concept of orthopedics
