This role offers a direct employment contract with our client and includes the opportunity to grow into a Chief Physician position. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Medical leadership of the rehabilitative medicine department
• Senior consultant oversight, responsibility, and advancement of the interdisciplinary early rehabilitation ward
• Comprehensive medical care for patients throughout the rehabilitation process, including conducting examinations, developing treatment plans, and meticulous documentation of rehabilitation progress
• Active participation in the department's development by contributing innovative ideas and shaping their implementation

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Board certification in Physical and Rehabilitative Medicine or at least five years of experience in early rehabilitation
• Strong commitment to team-oriented and interdisciplinary collaboration
• High levels of dedication, responsibility, and flexibility
