Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy in the Greater Leipzig Area WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU!

For a highly regarded hospital in the Greater Leipzig area, we are immediately seeking a Senior Consultant (m/w/d). This position offers a direct employment contract between you and our client. Your Profile:

• You hold a valid German medical license (Approbation).
• You are a specialist in Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy and eager to contribute actively to our team.
• Alternatively, you may be a specialist in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy or a specialist in Internal Medicine/General Medicine with additional qualification in Psychotherapy, currently progressing in advanced training in psychosomatic medicine.
• You demonstrate strong professional expertise and prioritize delivering excellent medical care.
• You possess a high level of commitment paired with a determined willingness to perform and shape processes.
• You aim to work independently and responsibly.
• You are a socially competent individual with an authentic and reliable manner, capable of leading and motivating staff effectively.

Your Responsibilities:

• Establishing and developing a newly founded department for Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy, comprising 22 inpatient beds and an outpatient clinic.
• Leading and supervising a multidisciplinary treatment team.
• Providing comprehensive care to patients with psychosomatic conditions.
• Participating in the medical on-call service.
• Managing economic responsibilities and overseeing medical quality management.
