A renowned rehabilitation clinic is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant in Psychosomatic Medicine to join their team immediately. This is a direct employment opportunity with the clinic, where you will receive full support throughout the process from initial contact to contract signing. Our advisory service is free of charge for candidates.

Your Responsibilities:

• Acting as the primary clinical representative for the psychosomatic department, supporting the chief physician in all clinical and administrative matters
• Providing comprehensive patient care across the full spectrum of psychosomatic medicine and psychotherapy
• Leading the organizational and clinical development of the psychosomatic unit, which currently treats approximately 65 patients, including oversight of associated therapeutic services
• Supervising and mentoring both medical and therapeutic staff to ensure high standards of care and professional growth
• Implementing and maintaining quality management systems to meet regulatory and institutional standards

Your Profile:

• Medical license recognized in Germany
• Board certification in Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy or Psychiatry and Psychotherapy
• Preferably additional qualifications in social medicine or rehabilitation
• Strong clinical expertise coupled with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Commitment to actively shaping and advancing the medical concept of the department
