(Senior) Global Direct Client Manager (m/w/d)

Tasks

• Proactively acquire new global clients, particularly in the digital media, advertising, and marketing sectors
• Build and maintain long-term business relationships with international brands at the C-level
• Develop and implement tailored strategies for client acquisition and retention, with a focus on global partnerships
• Manage the entire sales cycle – from identifying business opportunities to presenting solution concepts and negotiating contracts
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to optimize sales processes and product offerings
• Analyze and monitor market trends to offer clients innovative and relevant video marketing solutions
• Prepare forecasts, reports, and market analyses to track sales performance and strategic direction

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in international sales, preferably in the digital video, media, or advertising industry
• Proven track record in building and maintaining business relationships with large international companies
• Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset to identify complex client needs and develop appropriate solutions
• Experience working with global markets, along with excellent multicultural communication skills
• Exceptional negotiation skills and a strong ability to close deals at the highest levels (C-level)
• A proactive, self-driven work style with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-evolving environment
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
