We are seeking a Senior Learning Consultant to lead and own three critical facets of our learning programs: revenue responsibility with enterprise customers, didactical consulting and conception of enterprise learning programs and trainer management. If you are passionate about technology, AI, and education and have an entrepreneurial mindset, we want you on our team!
As a Senior Learning Consultant at Bots & People, you will be responsible for the following: Revenue responsibility. Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their unique training needs and challenges. Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns related to our learning programs.
Didactical Consulting. Oversee the end-to-end learning journey for our learners, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience, leveraging AI and tech solutions to enhance learner outcomes.
Expert recruitment. Provide trainers with the necessary resources, tools, and support to deliver high-quality training programs. Foster a collaborative environment for trainers, facilitating knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Project Management. Develop and maintain detailed project plans for learning programs, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Ensure that learning programs are executed on time, within budget and considered successful for our customers.
Moderation. Facilitate live trainings with enterprise customers on the topics of genAI, Low Code or Process Automation together with seasoned experts in these field.
Requirements
Your profile
Necessary:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
Possess excellent written and spoken German and English skills
3+ years of experience in Management Consulting, preferably collaborating with L&D Departments of large enterprises.
Experience in designing learning programs, especially blended learning concepts
Strong problem-solving skills with experience in consultancy/agency or fast-growing B2B edtech environments
Excellent training or workshop facilitation skills.
Familiarity with enterprise client communication and proven ability to listen, persuade, and support
Independent work style, high level of commitment, and service-oriented mindset Sufficient
Strong understanding of AI and automation technologies
Basic understanding of L&D and IT structures in large corporations
Able to simplify complex knowledge for beginners in digital, analytical, and technical fields
