(Senior) Manager Finance & Accounting Advisory US-GAAP - English speaking position (m/w/d)

Our client is an international consultingfirm specializing in finance and accounting advisory services. The company supports its clients with complex issues related to financial reporting, governance, compliance, and transformation as part of the CFO’s agenda.

Its clients include publicly traded corporations, fast-growing mid-sized companies, and international investors.

As part of a confidential search, we are specifically looking for candidates with many years of professional experience in auditing/consulting, with a focus on transactions under US-GAAP.

The position is available throughout Germany and is to be filled immediately.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Key advisor for multinational clients
• Technical accounting advisory
• US-GAAP conversions and financial reporting
• M&A and transaction advisory
• IPO / De-SPAC / Capital markets support

WE ARE LOOKING FÜR

• Substantial and long-term (at least 7–8 years) relevant experience, e.g., in consulting practice areas at the Big Four firms applying US-GAAP, or in accounting departments at multinational companies that follow US-GAAP
• Proven experience in project management and consulting with clients
• Experience leading work teams and mentoring junior staff
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as a professional and persuasive demeanor
• Business-fluent in English; German is a plus
