YOUR PROFILE

• Board-certified specialist in Internal Medicine, General Medicine, or Neurology with completed additional training in Geriatrics
• Preferably leadership experience in a senior medical role
• Dedication to managing elderly, multimorbid patients with a wide spectrum of diagnostic and therapeutic options
• Open and socially competent personality
• Strong team orientation and willingness to collaborate intensively across clinical departments
• Excellent communication skills, quick learning ability, and empathy in patient care

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leading and coordinating clinical care for geriatric patients, including supervision of junior medical staff
• Conducting ward rounds and managing multidisciplinary treatment plans
• Active participation in clinical governance, quality assurance, and process improvement
• Involvement in teaching and mentoring medical trainees and junior doctors
• Contribution to staff scheduling, recruitment, and organizational tasks
• Ensuring adherence to medical standards and institutional policies
• Supporting research activities and ongoing professional development
