We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Medical Officer (m/w/d) to join a well-respected hospital in the Duisburg metropolitan region. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing expert medical care to emergency patients in the emergency department, shock rooms, and admission wards
• Active participation in the trauma center operations
• Leading the Cardiac Arrest Receiving Team within the Cardiac Arrest Center, under the guidance of the department chief
• Driving continuous improvement of emergency department processes alongside the leadership team
• Supervising and mentoring medical staff, facilitating ongoing professional development

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• Board certification in Anesthesiology, General Medicine, Internal Medicine, Neurology, Orthopedics, General, Vascular, or Trauma Surgery
• Additional qualification in clinical acute and emergency medicine or willingness to obtain it promptly
• Proven experience in emergency department settings
• Proficient in emergency interventions such as resuscitation, intubation, anesthesia management, and thoracic drainage
