Senior Neurologist (m/w/d) in Flechtingen About the Position

We are looking for a dedicated Senior Neurologist (m/w/d) to join a well-established rehabilitation clinic renowned for its high-quality neurological care. Your Responsibilities

• Leading and managing the neurological treatment services, including medical care, nursing, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, neuropsychology, speech therapy, sports therapy, physical therapy, nutritional and social counseling
• Overseeing the full spectrum of neurological rehabilitation from early rehabilitation, through continued rehabilitation phases, to outpatient rehabilitation
• Treating adult patients with diverse neurological conditions such as cerebrovascular diseases, traumatic brain injuries, inflammatory and degenerative brain disorders, central nervous system tumors, and other diseases affecting the central or peripheral nervous system
• Supervising junior medical staff and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration
• Participating in the clinic’s accredited neuropsychology training program (GNP)
• Ensuring adherence to quality management standards and supporting continuous improvement processes

Your Profile

• Board-certified neurologist (m/w/d) with substantial clinical experience in neurology
• Proficient in neurophysiological diagnostics, including EEG, sonography, and their interpretation
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
• Excellent social and communication abilities with a cooperative mindset
• Responsible, efficient, and structured in your work approach
• Strong commitment to interdisciplinary teamwork and ongoing professional development
