We are seeking a dedicated Senior Pediatric Medicine Specialist (m/w/d) for a well-respected hospital located northwest of Kaiserslautern. This role offers a direct employment contract with the hospital, and we provide free support throughout the recruitment process, including contract negotiation assistance.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate pediatric medical services with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care
• Manage and mentor junior medical staff and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams
• Delegate non-medical tasks to qualified support personnel to optimize clinical workflows
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of clinical protocols and quality assurance measures
• Promote and engage in continuous medical education and training activities for yourself and your team
• Contribute to the hospital’s strategic goals by participating in committees and development projects
• Facilitate communication between departments and with patients’ families to ensure holistic care
• Support neonatal care initiatives, with opportunities for further training in neonatology

Your Profile:

• Board-certified pediatrician with extensive experience in pediatric medicine
• Strong leadership qualities and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
• Preferably with knowledge or interest in neonatology, with training available
