Your Profile

• Completion of specialist training in General Medicine, Surgery, Internal Medicine, or Anesthesiology
• Additional qualification in Clinical Acute and Emergency Medicine
• Proven organizational skills and commitment to quality assurance
• High motivation, resilience, and a strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams
• Empathetic approach toward patients, their families, and colleagues

Responsibilities

• Clinical leadership and supervision of medical teams within the emergency department
• Coordination and planning of duty rosters to ensure continuous patient care
• Implementation and monitoring of quality management standards
• Training and mentoring of junior medical staff and residents
• Active participation in emergency response and on-call services
• Facilitating interdisciplinary cooperation to optimize patient outcomes
