We are seeking a qualified Senior Physician (m/w/d) specialized in Emergency and Acute Medicine with a focus on Internal Medicine for a well-established hospital in the Greater Erfurt region. This position offers direct employment with the hospital and a supportive recruitment process through our consulting service at no cost to you.

YOUR PROFILE

• Board-certified Specialist or Senior Physician (m/w/d) in Internal Medicine or General Medicine
• Certified additional qualification in Emergency Medicine
• Ideally, additional certification in Clinical Acute and Emergency Medicine
• Strong commitment and enthusiasm for working within a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and professional skills
• Ability to think and act with economic awareness
• Willingness to mentor and support junior colleagues in their training and development

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Independent management of patient care in the central emergency department
• Participation in emergency medical services, including on-call duties
• Coordination and preparation of emergency patients for inpatient admission
• Initial assessment and appropriate referral of emergency patients to specialized departments
