Senior Physician in Obstetrics and Gynecology (m/w/d) in Herford Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Physician specializing in Obstetrics and Gynecology to join a renowned hospital in Herford. This role involves direct employment with the hospital and includes comprehensive support throughout the recruitment process by our consulting team, free of charge. You will be entrusted with delivering high-quality patient care within a Perinatal and Breast Center.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert care and management for obstetric and gynecological patients, including high-risk pregnancies and complex cases.
• Conduct advanced prenatal ultrasound diagnostics and interpret results to guide clinical decision-making.
• Mentor and supervise junior medical staff to support their professional development.
• Perform obstetric surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and adherence to clinical guidelines.
• Manage diagnostic and therapeutic interventions in gynecology, including standard surgical operations.
• Participate actively in on-call rotations to maintain continuous patient care.
