We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Physician (m/w/d) specializing in Orthopaedics and Trauma Surgery to join a well-established rehabilitation clinic in the Leipzig metropolitan area. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing expert clinical care in orthopaedics and trauma surgery within a rehabilitation setting
• Leading and supervising medical teams, including mentoring and training of junior physicians
• Assuming personnel and clinical responsibility for a designated department or unit
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives and supporting organizational change management
• Applying modern leadership tools to promote staff development and workplace health management

YOUR PROFILE

• Medical license (Approbation) and board certification in Orthopaedics and Trauma Surgery
• Additional qualifications in social medicine or rehabilitation are highly desirable; if not yet attained, willingness to pursue within two years of employment
• Proven professional experience in orthopaedics and trauma surgery, ideally with prior exposure to rehabilitation medicine
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage clinical teams effectively
• Commitment to continuous professional growth and quality patient care
