Senior Physician (m/w/d) with Focus on Endovascular and Vascular Surgery in the Berlin Metropolitan Area ABOUT THE POSITION

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Physician (m/w/d) to join a highly regarded hospital in the Berlin metropolitan region. This position offers a direct employment contract with our client and includes comprehensive support throughout the recruitment process by our consulting team, free of charge. This role is designed for a medical professional with advanced expertise in vascular surgical procedures and a strong interest in endovascular interventions.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform a broad range of vascular surgical operations, including open and minimally invasive endovascular procedures, both in the operating room and angiography suite.
• Participate actively in outpatient care and emergency on-call duties related to vascular surgery.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient treatment and continuity of care.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of clinical protocols and quality improvement initiatives within the vascular surgery department.
• Engage in teaching and mentoring junior medical staff and trainees.
• Support department goals with a focus on patient safety, efficient resource management, and clinical excellence.

YOUR PROFILE

• Board-certified specialist in vascular surgery with a solid foundation in general surgical training.
• Proven proficiency in the full spectrum of vascular surgical techniques, including endovascular interventions.
• Strong commitment to continuous professional development and interest in innovative surgical methods.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and demonstrate leadership qualities.
• Willingness to participate in outpatient services and emergency duty roster.
• Sound understanding of healthcare economics and resource utilization.
• High sense of responsibility and alignment with the hospital's mission and values.
