promiseQ is a young startup from Germany, and we are searching for personnel that can support us in our mission to become the world’s best monitoring center as a service. We are a fully remote team that is distributed around the world.

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. This role requires a proactive, strategic individual experienced in handling B2B SaaS products in the AI field, particularly at early-stage startups. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing products from MVPs to mature, serial product offerings, demonstrating a keen ability to innovate and execute in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Support the product strategy and roadmap for our AI-driven video intelligence solutions with CEO and CTO
• Work closely with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to deliver products that meet market needs and exceed customer expectations
• Define product vision and gather and prioritize requirements from customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept through development, go-to-market, and iteration
• Reverse engineer real customer requirements from existing MVP. Help restructure Features, Functions and Components
• Drive product launches in collaboration with marketing, sales, and support teams
• Analyze market trends and competitive conditions, positioning the products appropriately

Qualifikation

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred
• Proven experience as a Product Manager for at least 3 years, with a focus on B2B SaaS and AI products
• Experience working in early-stage startups, from MVP development to scaling products
• Excellent command of the German and English language, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a strong technical aptitude
• Excellent teamwork skills, ability to adapt and collaborate in a remote setting with diverse teams
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and make compelling product decisions
• Experience with Gitlab and Notion for project management
