Then join our diverse and global team as a global (Senior) Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d) where, together with the Product Management team you’ll define the go-to market strategy, create value propositions, lead the product positioning and support the internal enablement.

  • Define the marketing, positioning, messaging and communications strategy for our TeamViewer Remote Access & Support products and features together with the product and content team
  • Leverage data and customer research to identify untapped opportunities and develop marketing plans to address them
  • Understand the competitive landscape—be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned
  • Own, develop and drive all go-to-market activities and programs for the Remote Access & Support products together with the product management team
  • Lead the development of in-depth collateral and assets like blogs, presentation decks, demos, whitepapers, webcasts/videos, and marketing campaign assets
  • Plan and conduct market and customer research to gather insights about target personas, buyer needs and the purchasing decision processes relevant to the product
  • Develop and maintain competitive comparison and battle cards for a better market positioning
  • Provide market and buyer insights to drive the development of campaign strategies including demand creation and reputation building
  • Work closely with customers to conduct interviews, develop customer references and case studies for external and internal use
  • Support in structuring and development of international campaigns and campaign assets with the advertising and demand teams and other internal and external stakeholders and agencies
  • Evaluate, recommend and participate in event, trade fair and conference participation strategies, manage the appearance and represent the product and the company
  • Work closely with the Product Management and the Corporate Marketing functions (e.g. Brand & Demand, Communications, Operations etc.)
  • Ensure high quality and consistency between product and marketing – design, language and messaging
  • Serve as an evangelist and subject matter expert to customers, partners, sellers, and analysts, regularly presenting to audiences large and small, internal and external
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in product marketing for an international B2B SaaS company
  • Fluency in English and/or German is mandatory, further languages are a plus
  • Very good communication and writing skills paired with enjoyment for marketing activities
  • Enthusiasm for new, innovative, and technical subjects along with an understanding of customer and market requirements, trends and developments in the IT industry
  • Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to interact with technical and business leaders
  • Hands-on mentality paired with the ability to work efficiently in a team environment
  • Ability to multi-task with a solution-oriented attitude
  • Detail-oriented and well organized way of working paired with efficient time management
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop is a plus
