In order to further expand the European market, our customer is opening offices in Munich and Dresden and is looking for more talents to join the company's team.

Job Description:
Strengthen customer relationships and discover new business leads in Europe.
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase revenue and market share.
Gather marketing insights and product trends to support new product development.
Work with cross-functional teams to create strategic marketing partnerships with universities, biotech firms, and CROs.
Manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to facilitate access to new technologies or markets in line with company policy.
Conduct thorough market analysis and competitive assessments.
Create compelling marketing materials and content to aid sales efforts.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Requirements:
Master's degree or above in life science or biotechnology (PhD is a plus).
3 to 4 years of experience in marketing or product management within the biotech, life science, or medical device manufacturing industry.
Digital marketing or campaign management experience is a plus
Demonstrated experience with new product launches or marketing access.
A strategic thinker with a proven ability to conduct marketing and competitor analysis.
Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can juggle multiple projects.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; knowledge of German is beneficial.
